The Department of World Languages congratulates Renaissance High School (RHS) for being nominated a CIEE Global Navigator School! RHS is the first CIEE (Council on International Educational Exchange) school in Michigan to achieve this recognition. This means that Renaissance students will compete internally for scholarships to travel abroad during the summer of 2017 and beyond! The scholarship money will provide $25,000 in merit and need-based scholarships to Renaissance students. Scholarships range from 20-100 percent of tuition, depending on students’ financial situations.
The Department of World Languages would like to recognize Ms. Rayana Safah, a French teacher at Renaissance, for working collaboratively to complete the application to secure this great opportunity for many RHS students.
