Traditional skilled trades training is evolving! GM has partnered with the American Federation of Teachers and local public schools to create Manufacturing Futures. Moving beyond basic trade skills, this program introduces middle school students to advanced tech like robotics, computer integration, and 3D printing.
With mentorship from high schoolers and equipment for eight classrooms, over 2,800 students each year will build skills for future tech-driven careers.
